Progress 2011 (III)

Dir: Gary McKendry

Despite original title to share with Sam Peckinpah film , "the aristocrats of crime" , this is not a remake of this, if not an adaptation of the novel "The Feather Men" British writer Ranulph Fiennes . The novel is unprecedented in our country and apparently somewhat controversial in Britain, because the writer said it was based on actual events in which he was involved. It seems that ultimately it is just fiction that appears in the book. They have not transcended the roles of Statham or Owen. If you know Robert De Niro give life to a murderer and that his speech was made in ten days. Rounding out the cast television three faces: Yvonne Strahovski ( "Chuck" ), Dominic Purcell ( "Prison Break" ) and Akinnouoye-Agbaje Adewale ( "Lost" ). Remake of "Red Dawn" , a film directed in 1984 by John Milius ( "Conan the Barbarian" ) and which had the unfortunate Patrick Swayze and Charlie Sheen of players. On that occasion, in the age Reagan invaders were Russians, but now, though still communist, change their nationality. The film should have been released in USA last summer, but due to financial problems of MGM, had to delay its release. Now that the study seems to redirect their situation, will be released this year. The delay can benefit you in the face of the box office because its protagonist is Chris Hemsworth also will premiere "Thor" , one of the most anticipated (and dreaded time) of the 2011. In a cast full of young faces, we also have increasingly present Jeffrey Dean Morgan ( "Watchmen" ), which gives life to a U.S. Army colonel. Currently there is no concrete release date.

Rounding out the cast Jennifer Morrison, Dr. Cameron "House" and Noah Emmerich, recently seen in "The Walking Dead" . Gavin O'Connor directs ( "Pride and Glory" ). We'll see if the film opts for the martial arts, or drama, which is most likely. It opens next September in the United States.

It counts with an impressive cast. For the above names have to add those Michael Fassbender ( "Centurion" ), Bill Paxton ( "Aliens" ) and actor / director Mathieu Kassovitz ( "Amelie" ).
