USA Today has released the first official photo of the next installment in the blockbuster franchise that began with "The Fast & the Furious: A Furious " back in 2001. In the snapshot we can see a face to face Vin Diesel and Dwayne Johnson . On this occasion, the action moves to Rio de Janeiro, where the ex-cop Brian O'Conner shelter (Paul Walker ), Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel ) that has escaped from prison and Mia (Jordana Brewster ), girlfriend of Brian and sister Toretto. They have assembled a team of elite runners to deal with a corrupt businessman. Meanwhile, Hobbs police officer ( Dwayne Johnson) and his team try to hunt down those involved.
